Junior Project Manager

NNG is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Budapest-based department responsible for managing map content for in-car navigation systems.

You are the ideal candidate if you are a professional in communications, have experience with setting up schedules, and are comfortable consulting with foreign partners. You should be interested in solving map-specific problems and coordinating different specialist teams. What would be your responsibilities?
- Develop and manage project timelines and roadmaps for updates
- Coordinate online update solutions with the specialist team
- Identify interdependencies among stakeholders and resolve capacity constraints
- Maintain regular contact with international clients through weekly calls
- Plan and oversee the weekly sprints for the content delivery department
- Prepare resource plans and support the sales process
- Handle delivery escalations related to online updates
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and actively participate in regular weekly meetings with Project Managers, Product Management, and Aftersales
- Assess the technical feasibility of new update projects, including planning and initiating related negotiations
- Perform active administration in JIRA and Confluence
The ideal candidate should possess the following
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, University degree, Master's (MSc)
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hungarian
Technical Skills:
- Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Project
- Experience with using FTP, file management systems
Interpersonal Skills:
Quality-oriented attitude, excellent time management skills, high level of independence and proactivity, excellent communication skills, ability to quickly and effectively process new information based on training materials, with a strong understanding of the broader context.
